Agenda

1. Club Constitution. A club constitution was approved by the majority of the Executive Board on January 12, 2001, and placed on the club web page. Copies were distributed at the meeting for discussion and voting. The discussion led to the following change to Article II Section 5:

"All memberships shall be limited to one (1) year, renewable, with the exception of the Honorary Membership, which shall be continued as long as the Executive Committee allows."

With this change, the constitution was unanimously adopted by the membership present.

2. Election of Officers. As required by the new constitution, elections were held for the Executive Officers. All candidates ran unopposed. The following officers were elected unanimously to one-year terms by the membership present, with one absentee ballot:

    President: Larry Kruzan
    Vice President: Jim Frye
    Treasurer: Peter Campbell
    Secretary: Mike Dvorsky

3. Old Business. There was no old business.
   
   
4. New business. There was no new business.
   
   
5. Treasurer's Report. The treasurer reported that no money had been spent or received. The treasurer's report was accepted unanimously.
   
   
6. Secretary's Report. The secretary had no report to make.
   
   
7. RC Sumo Demo. A demonstration of RC Sumo Robotics was held, using robots brought by Larry and Jim.
   
   
8. Mini-Sumo Contest. An informal contest was held between the four mini-sumo robots brought to the meeting. Results posted on the club web page.
